When do the slots refresh?
Slots are refreshed four times a day at 2am, 10am, 4.30pm, and 8.30pm GMT.

When can I cash out?
Once you’ve reached £10/$10/€10 you can click the ‘cash out’ option in the main menu. You can also cash out £5/$5/€5 when you hit 5,000,000 tokens by clicking ‘redeem’. You will then be prompted to enter your PayPal email address!
How long does it take to get paid?
We always pay our winners directly into their PayPal account, within 7 working days of cashing out. This excludes weekends or bank holidays.
How can I win more tokens?

Help! I’ve lost all my tokens and cash!
This is usually just a connection issue – please hard-close and reopen your app, ensuring that you’re logged in with the same Facebook details that you used before. If you haven’t used Spin Royale in over 90 days then your cash and tokens will have reset!
My game isn’t working properly, what do I do?
Don’t worry! Check that you have the latest version of Spin Royale, and then hard-close and reopen the app. As long as you login with the same Facebook details, you can also try uninstalling and reinstalling Spin Royale. If you’re still having problems, send an email to spinroyale@viker.co.uk with your game ID and a brief description of the issue – we’ll get it sorted for you!
